Nurul fatin musa

GIS Research Associate

Fatin joined the MEME team as a GIS Research Associate in April 2021. Her position is a new addition to the MEME team as we move to build and retain internal capacity to manage landscape projects. She will be carrying out GIS research and helping MEME to train students on GIS tool use. Fatin will be supporting the current work in MEME to further understand the impact of linear infrastructures on elephant movements. With a Bachelor's degree in Animal Resources Sciences and Management from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and a Master's degree in Science from the Institute of Tropical Forestry and Forest Products (INTROP) at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), she is passionate about wildlife conservation and management.
